AFFIRMATION SCIENCE EXAMPLE

 

You can choose to build and use a self-care structure that will make actual affirmative brain cells every day!

 

You can choose to strengthen yourself so that when difficulties are part of your day you can move through them through mindful learning.

 

You can also choose to strengthen yourself so that when major losses come to you and your family you are well practiced in self care and well stocked with brain cells that store your Afirmative efforts in your Long Term Memory so that you and your family can choose to experience the trauma or loss, learn from it, integrate the learning into the family, remember what is important, and continue developing.

 

I define my own life positively when I use my physical capacity to protect and nurture my own development.

Three different kinds of effective affirmations for therapeutic self care that use the new tools from Neuroscience.

 

1.  A declaration of positive truth.

             I can do this now.

             Now I have a better plan.

             I am good at this.

 

2.  A choice statement.

             I can choose to refuse to receive the impulsive talk of others.

            I can choose to notice that I have more than one feeling.

             I can choose not to abandon myself.

 

3.  A statement of doubt with a positive asserttion.

             I am distrustful of this process and I can choose to give it a chance.

             I am still feel angry and I know I want to stop my impulse.

                 This process is hard and I can choose to keep trying.
